My list is much the same as the pdf ... except I have a "Reject Call Treatment" at the bottom ... also I don't have a "Not at Home" option .. what does that do?

This is weird. Even though I also have the Extra upgrade, my control panel is titled "trueCall" not "trueCall Extra", and the Advanced call screening menu reads (I suspect identical to Steambuff):
    • Starred caller ringtone
    • Zap & Star
    • Auto Un Zap
    • Starred Callers Only
    • Callers Code
    • Auto Star International
    • Night Shield
    • Rejected caller treatment
In all cases as shown, as noted above presentation leaves something to be desired. I am using an iPad so I can't upload screenshots at all unless I transfer to my PC!

Mine is the original trueCall Classic recorder with the purchase of the "Extra upgrade" and shows the Control panel as "trueCall Extra".

In the Options, under "Advanced Call Screening" I have:
    Zap & Star
    Auto Unzap
    Starred Callers Only
    Callers Code
    Auto Star International
    Skip Whisper
    Skip Whisper Code

    And last but not least:
    Rejected caller treatment

trueCall Towers has advised that the differences between control panel options are accounted for by differences in the version of firmware installed on the trueCall unit itself. Users wishing to purchase an update should contact trueCall Support. Meanwhile, it is going to be pointless discussing control panel options unless we include the firmware version number. This can be found under the "My Account" link near top right on the control panel web page.

Ay, but we still need to know what is the firmware.
    Is it the runtime version.
    Is it the Macro version
Or is it the licence edition

Big question is - how much is the update going to cost and what more do you get for your money ?:bangin:
