Weblink failure

    Automatic weblink has failed for me on three successive occasions (28th June through 30th June, 2013. ) I can still make the link manually, however. I 'd not have commented were it only a single miss.

    Has anybody else been experiencing the same thing?

    Mine failed on the 28th at 00:55 but was OK on the 29th (yesterday) at 04:46. Don't know how today's went.

    My ICP says it successfully sync'ed at 01.53 this morning.

    Thanks to everyone who commented; at least it suggested something at my end or just pure chance. I'll not react after three consecutive failures again! "Quis custodiet ipsos custodiens?" :)

    You're the lucky ones, my automated link has never worked and my dial up is at best spasmodic. Despite numerous contact with 'support' my problem is still outstanding and not looking as though it is going to be fixed any time soon. Deeply frustrating.

    Suggests that there may be a problem with some systems which are not in the UK. I know some US users have a problem. Thinking of the obvious (all I can think of): mine is simply dialling directly into the UK number. Yours is doing so using +44 and dropping the following zero is it?

    It must be of course or you'd never have any connection. Suggests some kind of incompatibility with the system though. Perhaps some other French based user might comment.

    I am a UK user and weblink has failed to sync on three occasions now (not consecutive). The latest was last this morning (14/9/14). Manually syncing works fine. Not a major problem, but thought it worth reporting.

    I bought a trueCall last week and am delighted with it. However, I get occasional Weblink failures. The system logs indicate this seems to occur when connecting to 0208 948 4522. The other number 0208 940 2212 seems to work reliably. Told trueCall Support and hopefully they can resolve this.

    If you get a failure, you can see which number was used by selecting 'System Messages Only' from the 'My Calls' menu. Hope this helps.
