Replace the power port with a micro USB

This should be much cheaper nowadays as most mobile phones use these instead of those horrible custom power supply ports that were once used. This would give better access to upload good quality audio announcements and even the ability to connect as a network device when plugged into the USB port of a NAS device or some routers.

Unfortunately only those with Twitter logins can see this (the tweet flashes up on my iPad and is then immediately replaced with a login page).

I think it's a problem with your iPad, because I don't have a Twitter account and can watch it on different browsers.
Anyway, here is the full conversation:

@trueCall Any possibility of getting Ethernet and TCP/IP rather than … dial-up for web access? Only require local access.

@sgucukoglu We're looking at offering more connectivity for trueCall in the future. Watch this space.

    BTW, try: https://twitter.com/trueCall

@TopCat I'd concur with hal9000, that its either a iPad, iOS or iOS app problem.

Works fine for me on Android using the gmail app to read the notification, clicking on the twitter link gives me the usual selection of browsers or the twitter app without any hint of a login prompt.

Yeah, I don't doubt it is iOS - the second link does the same thing.

Fine for me from Windows 7 x64, XP 32, Linux and Android ( a variation on Linux anyway so to be expected)

@Top Cat, do you use a special App to read this forum?

I can't reproduce your problem on my iPad using iOS Safari and Photon.

No, just Safari. I get the Twitter page building in a new tab, and then it gets replaced with a "new session" login at https://mobile.twitter.com/session/new.

    I don't have a Twitter login.

Do you have switched Off "Block Pop-ups" under Settings > Safari > Security ?

Err... I have pop-ups blocked, if that's what you mean.
