Call Blocker not working

    Hi,

    I've just bought a new Call Blocker, and when I try to call, using my mobile, which I've added to my Star List, it goes through the the "We're monitoring all our calls".

    I have set "Handling Incoming Calls" to "Accept all calls" and I have added my mobile to the Star List and yet everytime I ring my home number I get the "We're screening all our calls" introduction......

    Please can anyone advise what I need to do ?

    Please check that you are actually receiving a CLI service from your phone company.

    I'm with BT and we have Caller Display, but I don't know what CLI is ?

    I have Caller Display and it is working. I am sure the trueCall is a 'working' unit, only it's not working for me.
