    I have directed the other post here to continue the discussion. The proper thing to do would have been to ask the staff to extract the off-topic stuff from the other discussion into a new topic.

    It can all get very complicated, but the objective is not to have multiple open conversations about the same subject. It is not always possible to disentangle them though. Staff please note.

    Back on topic: obviously it is not a happy situation for trueCall to suffer a bad review, and it is a fact of life that negative reviews have a disproportionate influence, but look at it this way: we in the know are fully aware of the benefits, and if those who don't know are put off buying one more fool them. Hopefully the telepests will concentrate their efforts on the unprotected lines and leave us alone. ;)
